How to Play

Goal

Finish with the lowest total score. Cards range from -2 to 12 — low and negative cards are good.

Setup

Each player gets 12 cards in a 3×4 grid, all face down. Everyone flips 2 cards to start. The player with the highest revealed total goes first.

Your turn

  • Take the discard: swap the top discard card into your grid (the replaced card is discarded, revealed).
  • Draw from the pile: only you see it, then either swap it into your grid, or discard it and flip one of your face-down cards.

Clearing columns

If a vertical column of 3 revealed cards all share the same value, that whole column is discarded and no longer counts toward your score.

Ending a round

When a player reveals all their remaining cards, everyone else gets one final turn. Then all cards are flipped and scored.

Scoring

Your round score is the sum of your remaining cards. If the player who ended the round doesn't have the lowest score, their positive round score is doubled (never doubled if it's zero or negative).

Winning

Rounds continue until someone reaches the winning score (default 100). The player with the lowest total then wins.
